| Mission: | Faith Home is on a mission to provide a home and a program that will address the continuum of needs of babies and children with HIV/AIDS; babies and children prenatally exposed to drugs and/or alcohol and babies and children with a catastrophic illness requiring specialized care. |

| Outcomes: | Currently there are 10 children who live in the home, with the capacity to care for 12. For 12 years, Faith Home has been the only home in Central Texas providing a residential home for babies and children infected/affected by HIV/AIDS. |
