| Mission: | The mission of the Family Crisis Center is to partner with the community by providing safe refuge and comprehensive services responsive to the individual needs of women, children, and men who are experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault or child abuse. |
| Program or Service: | Emergency shelter and supportive housing; counseling for adults and children; crisis intervention; 24-hour hotline; emergency transportation; educational/support groups; prevention education presentations; community outreach; legal advocacy; information and referral; food pantry; clothing; and batterer intervention prevention groups for offenders. |
| Outcomes: | Serving Bastrop, Colorado, Fayette, and Lee counties, the Family Crisis Center provided
4,824 individuals with crisis hotline, information and referrals, and crisis intervention and support.
11,044 children received violence prevention education presentations
623 children and adults received counseling
6,038 nights of shelter to 164 adults and 186 children
34 adults and 51 children with supportive housing apartments
