| Mission: | The mission of Interfaith Care Alliance is to provide compassionate, practical and emotional support for people living with AIDS and other serious illnesses, and their loved ones. We work together in our faith traditions to build a community where all people facing a difficult illness will receive loving care and support. |
| Program or Service: | Care Teams, who provide housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation and delivery, child care, errands, companionship.
Transportation (averaging over 5000 rides each month) to medical and other appointments |
| Outcomes: | Over 80 persons living with a serious illness and hundreds of their loved ones will receive support and self report that they are less isolated and alone and feel more connected to their community and services |
